Terms of Service

QUO HOUSE arranges professional, pre-booked chauffeured ground transportation in Florida. Service is offered subject to availability, geography, licensing, and operating conditions, and may be modified or declined at our discretion.

A request submitted through the site is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and assign a car. Quoted prices are estimates until confirmed; the price we confirm for a trip is the price that applies to that trip. Additional charges (for example, waiting time, tolls, extra stops, cleaning, or gratuity you add) may apply and will be reflected in your final charge.

Cancellation, change, and no-show terms are communicated at booking and may include a fee or forfeiture of a deposit, depending on timing and the type of service. Deposits secure a car and may be non-refundable once a trip is confirmed.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for deposits, fares, added gratuity, and any applicable charges described above. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you supply.

Gift cards are issued as ride credit toward our services, do not expire, and carry no fees. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, are non-refundable, and may not be resold. Protect your code; we are not responsible for lost or shared codes.

Paid membership is a subscription that renews automatically each month at the stated price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law. Membership benefits are described on the membership page and may change on reasonable notice.

Referral rewards and ride credit are promotional, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. They apply only to eligible bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment or engagement, and imposes no obligation on either party. QUO HOUSE is an equal-opportunity employer and considers applicants on merit. Any background or driving-record check is conducted separately and only with your written consent.

Event listings, dates, venues, and links are compiled from public and third-party sources and may change or be inaccurate; always confirm details with the official organizer before relying on them. Event, venue, team, and place names are used only to identify locations and occasions for which transportation may be arranged. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those parties, and all such names and marks belong to their respective owners.

If you submit any content or media (for example, an image URL or a message), you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party right or law.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that a car will be available for any particular request, or that a trip will arrive or complete by a specific time. Travel times are affected by traffic, weather, events, and other conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUO HOUSE and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a trip will not exceed the amount you paid us for that trip. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold QUO HOUSE harmless from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
