Information we collect

When you request a car or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email, pickup and destination, travel date and time, vehicle preference, flight number or messaging handle if you give one, and any ride preferences you share. We also record how you reached us (for example, the referring site or campaign) to understand where our guests come from.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. During an active trip, your assigned chauffeur's device may share the vehicle's real-time location so you can follow the car; we do not track your device's location. If you have ridden with us before, we may recognize you by your mobile number to greet you and offer your usual vehicle; this recognition never exposes your saved preferences or past addresses.

How we use your information

• To arrange, confirm, and carry out your reservation.
• To send you ride confirmations, driver and vehicle details, and pickup and arrival updates.
• To communicate with you through your chosen channel (SMS, WhatsApp, email, or social messaging).
• To remember your preferences so future rides are effortless.
• To occasionally let you know about relevant upcoming events, if you have opted in.

SMS / text messaging

If you choose SMS as your contact method, we send text messages related to your reservation and, if you opt in, occasional event notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms for details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted solely to operate the service. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is never shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share your trip details only with the assigned chauffeur to fulfill your ride, and with the service providers that help us operate (such as messaging, mapping, and payment processors), under confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below.
